Do you get more points if you silently knife kill your target, or put poison in their coffee as opposed to just shooting them?

There are 3 categories of weapons for this:

RIFLE (AEG, GBBR, BOLT)
Pistol (duh)
Knife (:D)

Each of these categories will have a certain # of points associated with it. Depending on how you eliminate your target, you earn that many points. This combined with the time remaining upon reaching the exfiltration point will be your total points. Person with the most points wins. I'm trying to keep this simple (might not seem like it...).

Can we use smoke?? Or Black Eggs? Or Sleeping Gas?

I MUST KNOW THESE THINGS!!!

@Mini-Marine

If you first do not succeed, try try again, or shoot the motha-f*cker!
Also I think your best bet is black or gray.
My sword runs at 450 FPS, try to out run that! 35+ Sword/Knife Kills and counting.

would a contact kill with a pistol or AEG count the same as a knife kill?

EDIT: Also if/when we shoot guards can we hide them in lockers?

The meat grinder works best from experience, that or a dam turbine. Either one works well.

Also I better see you in a card board box or I will be furious!

Officially added to the calender. Date and time set on first post.

This is far enough away that everyone who wants to go can get the time off work, and show the world how sneaky you can be!

Nuts, I was hoping this would be an evening time competition so we would have the dark on our side to help with the sneaking.

Still waiting on an answer if a contact kill with a pistol or AEG would count the same as a knife kill or if I need to go and get me a rubber knife.

Does anyone have a large cardboard box I could fit in? If anyone has some old issues of Maxim or another magazines of that type I could lay out in order to distract guards it would be greatly appreciated.

Hahaha I remember something I overheard during or after the P.L.A. training day...

Scythe - what's the perfect CAGEflage?
Darius137 - It's duct or electric tape to stick pieces of cardboard on you with junk and trash...
Scythe - and Mardi Gras beads.
Kendodude - don't forget the Playboy magazine stuck to the side of your face.

Just a suggestion for your loadout.

What about foam/rubber ninja stars? Bolt action rifles with scopes or optics attached?

What category does an uzi count as? I think those get bonus kill points. For seksyness.

Do contact kills with weapons earn the same amount of points as a knife kill

Yes

Ninja stars are no go. We are still deciding about bolt actions for this competition. Keep in mind though the points get higher the closer to the target you get.

An UZI would be a rifle. Same with Mp5's, Mac10's, and anything else deemed a sub-machine gun.

Sorry, my post was a little misleading. SMG's will earn the same points as a rifle.

Rifles (AEG's, GBBR, possibly bolts)= 5 points

Pistols (GBB, AEP, Springers)= 10 points

Knife/Contact Kill= 15 points

Again, this is to do with range to the target. Rifles outrange pistols, and well, we all know how close you have to be to get a knife/contact kill.

Example of the scoring system:
I use my P226 to kill my target and make it to the extraction point at 38 min 45 seconds, I earn 10+7.25=17.25 points

Darius uses a knife to kill his target but takes 42min flat to get to the extraction point, he gets 15+ 3=18 points.

Darius would be the winner. Again, you have 45min to complete the objective. Your actual time will be subtracted from 45 to get the amount of time points.
