I'm going to have as many 5 gallon jugs of water and sunscreen tubes as I can find between now and then. I'm also going to have some (read: enough to make your water taste ever so slightly Gatorade-y) Gatorade powder with me. I'm packing my first aid kit for a 24-hour field exercise, even though I'm just an admin...this means you should too.

I don't want to be calling in a real medevac because your a$$ didn't stay hydrated. If you feel thirsty, you're already behind the power curve. If you don't feel thirsty, drink some water.

Also: sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen. Know it. Love it. Wear it.

Long story short: if I think something's not right, I will be pulling your a$$ aside and watching you drink water in the shade for a few minutes while we determine whether you're good to go or not. I don't plan on shutting anyone's game down, but it's the NCO in me. My job as an admin, first and foremost, is player safety.

No Their are no special Items you MUST have. Bring what ever it is that YOU or YOUR team wants and would use.
