When you walked into the brief, we were definitely like "Is that a bleeding poncho? Why?"

And that is what we were aiming for. Either you shit yourselves, or pee yourself laughing. Either way, you aren't shooting back. Although we did recieve a lot of fire, and you can see that on the shield.

How's the nose, Beran? (:

Also, Tim thought a great battlecry to use whilst charging with Pedonidas would be, "Portland Police! Drop your pants!"

It has flair, but I'm personally a fan of the more oft-used, "You gonna get RAPED!!"

Well, uh... Yes, that will happen.

You can blow your "I'm gonna get raped" whistle while you're at it.

Nice! So it won't leave any permanent mark, right? I really, really hope not. I wish I had charged up those stairs more quickly, then I wouldn't have shot you in the face. I HATE shooting people in the face!

nah, it'll heal. its the only target besides my gun hand that i gave you, so i'm not too broken up about it.

if you had charged up those stairs just a little bit quicker, you probably would have gotten Rialto too, i think you guys missed him by like five or ten seconds. you had no way of knowing i was the only active shooter though. better to try and get him again later than lose one or more team members blazing into an awful staircase like that one.

True. I saw Rialto jumping over your prone form when I breached the staircase, and I honestly can't believe that people made it up that staircase without a shield. That's... a horrible, ridiculously evil staircase of doom.

The reason it took me so long to get up the stairs, in fact, was because I knew there was someone above me at my 5 o'clock and I was trying to communicate that to my team.

I totally agree with that assessment, though. Better to catch him another day than to lose a comrade when you don't have to. There are millions of bad guys out there, and if the good guys were content to trade a life for a life then there wouldn't be any good guys left. I'd rather we all lived to take down more bad guys tomorrow.

The admins were laughing at me as I searched the upper floor. I KNEW I'd seen him up there, and I thought he'd be hiding or making a break for that van. Didn't even cross my mind that he'd go out the window... Great job, guys. Absolutely fantastic event. I'm working on an AAR, but it'll be a while yet.

most of the people that made it up and ganked him did it behind either a shield or a flashbang. one team tossed a bang up there, but it didn't go off. i felt bad for them. :(
