Thanks again to everyone for coming out.
Also, thank you for coming to Project Nephilim III. ;)

Seriously, though, I'm glad everyone had fun, and there will be more games at CAGE in the future, as well as more in the Project Nephilim series. I couldn't have done it without the help of all the admins, so a huge thanks to Corrie, Josh, Neil, Tim, Jason, Matt, and Pat for helping me get this game off the ground on both days.

Statistics:
Day 1:
46 players
24 GSA
22 Grigorian

Rounds 1 and 2 were dominated by GSA. Objectives I never thought would be completed were taken care of by the GSA very quickly and they put up a strong defense throughout the whole day.
In Round 3, the Grigorians got tired of putting up with GSA's shit and they came back with a vengeance. Alex Pearson's tank was especially memorable, although short lived. ;)

Day 2:
37 players
14 GSA
23 Grigorian

With the complete opposite results of Day 1, Grigorians used their headcount to their advantage and completed every single objective in Rounds 1 and 2. In Round 3, the GSA put their heads together to take cover in areas unthinkable, and to formulate traps for both Projects. I got tranquilized 4 times today while rolling/stomping around as a Project.

I had a blast wheeling around in my chair with everyone, as well as shooting the hell out of everyone as a Project. I'm glad everything went as smoothly as it did, and I'm proud to say that I held a game that kept to schedule perfectly (aside from a 10-minute late start on Day 2). Thank you to everyone for not only being on time, but early (an hour or so, in some cases).

Again, thank you to everyone who showed so much enthusiasm towards my series, and thank you again to everyone who helped me make it all happen.

Financial Stats: (curious where your money went?)
If you want in-depth statistics (itemized prop list, etc.), feel free to PM me, but the basics are as follows:
Prop total: $509.61 (keep in mind that $261.60 was just for the patches)
Photography: $50.00 (Thank you, Fred)
Facility Use (included insurance): $1130.00
Admin payouts: $260 (I paid each admin that was present on both days $20, as well as feeding them for the admin meeting on Friday night, lunch on Saturday, and snacks/lunch on Sunday.)
My profit (meaning, extra money after I reimbursed myself for props I bought over the last few months) from this game was $208.65, which is more or less where I'd wanted it to be (admittedly, I'd have preferred about $250, but I don't want to start running games for money, either).

Lots of fun. Being outgunned, we definitely had to think outside the box. I had fun hunting projects, I think I shot more nerf darts than BBs today.

Nope. Don't care. I had fun.
I know there's way more sacrifice in hosting a game then there could possibly be profit.
Thank you all for your efforts.

I appreciate the sentiment, Mike. :)

On the other hand, I do feel better taking my friends' money when there's transparency as far as how much of it makes it into my pocket at the end of the day. This is the 3rd game I've hosted with a player-paid admission, and I still feel weird taking more money than I put into it, despite the work that went into production.

I also think it might provoke other folks who have never run an event before to host games as well, when they see how much (or little) it can take to get a game out of concept and into a tangible event. I bet there are untapped ideas in someone's head that could be a lot of fun.

Definitely awesome. I had fun getting stomped both sets of first and second rounds, and stomping both third rounds.

Looking forward to the next game nic.

Sweet Game. I only wish I could have made it out Sunday too.

Thanks to the raffle, I scored myself a WE MEU and scored a few kills with it too while dual wielding with my Wilson Combat (awesome setup cuz they use the same mags).

I believe there was a picture taken of that.

Thanks again. I'll be at many many more CAGE games.

that is seriously debatable! If by my fault you mean killing the entire other team in one fell swoop. I foresee a tornado grenade going off at your feet next time we meet... :)

Had a great time on Saturday. Even with the long a$$ drive from the coast. Thanks to every one that helped put on such an awesome event.

Hah. It's because the game is almost completely dark.

I'm excited for the pictures though.
