Isn't OP: Project Nephilim III at the same place, or just using a different area?

Same location. CQC7 will have 3 distinct sets built in the location, whereas Nephilim will use the entire building at once.

I hear that CQC7 is based upon Steven Seagal movies, and that each scenario is based off of one of his movies.

Another question about the rules

7. NO real steel firearms or knives/blades! Real steel and Airsoft DO NOT MIX.

Does this rule apply to EMT shears? It seems like a handy tool to have in case you need to remove a restraint from an actor.

EMT shears will be fine, but in most cases the event staff will remove the restraints from actors.

That's great! We love to see teams from other parts of Washington and Oregon getting involved. Make sure to read the handbook, let us know if you have any questions, and keep your eyes out for the official CQC website in the next week.

Yea, the only hard part is getting our team together to head across state. Out of our whole team of about 10, only 3 of us are really hardcore airsofters with decked out guns and geared up from head to toe.

Not to mention with the FPS restrictions, we all have CAs shooting 420 fps for out in the fields.

But, im getting together with our team tonight to figure things out for CQC7.

We hope it works out for you, these competitions are great team building tools and can be a good catalyst to getting your team members more excited about training and competing. I guarantee it will be one of the most exciting events they have ever been to.

Another thing: There are three teams working simultaneously on the same scenario.

Do we interact with other teams?

Do other teams actions impact our run in any way?

The scenarios run concurrently you will be briefed together regarding the joint operation, radio communication between the teams and the scene commander will be constant throughout the whole operation.

One team cannot effect the outcome of the other teams objectives or score.
