What: Another excuse to shoot and be shot at. Like there was some kind of shortage...
Why: Because you want to get your patches for Project Nephilim 3, and you don't want to drive all the way out to my place to do so if there's an opportunity to get some shooting in, too.
When: Sunday, March 29th. Show up at 10am, we'll hit the field by 11am or so.
Where: Scappoose. Directions
Age Limit: None (if you're young enough to celebrate this, don't make me regret it)
Admission: $0
Same game as the last one; since the turnout was a little small, I don't feel so guilty for not mixing it up:
3-way capture the flag, except there are two sector posts (each is about 25 yards or so away from the flag) you must flip to your team's color before taking the flag. This makes the CTF game less of a snatch-and-grab, so your team will need to hold the area down long enough to complete your objective.
As usual, expect colored armbands unless we can evenly split up teams based on camo patterns.
As far as Project Nephilim 3 registration goes:
You will only receive a patch if you've paid in full. If you cannot make it to the game, you will only be refunded if you return the patch. Yes, I realize the patches are not worth $30-$50, but I have to make sure there's enough patches for everyone who will actually show up, since they are being used as proof-of-purchase for the event.
If you want velcro on your patch, and you intend to show up to this skirm to pay and pick it up, SAY SO IN THIS THREAD. I plan on sewing velcro onto a bunch of patches, but I want to make sure that I get enough done before the game.
If you're not coming to Project Nephilim 3 in April, you're still more than welcome to come to this skirmish. We'll still have a good time, it's hard to have a bad skirmish at Scappoose.
