I think I'm going to try something crazy, and run the raffle before the game starts each day so people can choose to rock their winnings during the game. Since the raffle is relatively small, we won't be standing around forever waiting for numbers to be called, and no one gets hosed for having to leave early.

You might want to think about showing up on time for this one!

Registration updated to actual data. I had been half-assed updating this thread since the actual registration document is an Excel file, not this thread. I've decided to copy and paste from Excel since that's faster.

If you plan on attending and don't see your name listed on the first page, please register by sending an email to nredfield@airsoftpacific.com. Include the following:
1. Your first and last name
2. Your AP callsign (if any)
3. Which day(s) you're playing
4. Which team(s) you're playing (if you're playing both days, I need to know which day you'd like to play on each team - example: Saturday GSA, Sunday Grigorian). You are welcome to play for the same team on both days, as well.

Patches should be in early next week (I think Tuesday). I will be at Steel Talon with them if you'd like to pay there and pick up your patch. I will probably hold a skirmish on the Sunday the 22nd, as well.

Just so people know beforehand, since I was asked earlier:

The raffle is being run both days, prior to game play (so show up on time). Both days will have an identical raffle. The prizes I've requested from the sponsors are such that they will be usable out of the box. Pistols will be loaded and gassed. Shotguns (if I get them) will be loaded. The included batteries on the MP7s will be charged and the mags loaded. Consider it a magazine of extra ammo (yes, beyond the ammo cap) to start the game off with.

I'd prefer that each prize have a unique winner, so if you play both days, you cannot win twice. If you win a prize the first day, you will not be given a raffle ticket the second day. If you do not win a prize the first day, you will be given a raffle ticket on the second day.

In short, you can have twice the chance to win, but not the chance to win twice.

I hate to make a huge deal about the raffle, and I hope people are registering for the game itself instead of the chance to win something, but I know raffle prizes can be sources of frustration, so I wanted to clarify. If you have any concerns about the raffle or any aspect of this event, feel free to PM me.

Patches came in today. They were unable to replicate the gradient backgrounds in a way that didn't look awful, so I went with a solid color instead. Other than that, they turned out freaking awesome.
