BACKSTORY
Russia's invasion of Georgia sent shudders through other former Soviet countries, especially Ukraine. The U.S. Vice President was in the capital Kiev on Friday — the last stop on his tour of some of Russia's closest neighbors to show U.S. support in the wake of last year's invasion.
For months, Ukrainian operatives have been monitoring intelligence reports that the Russian military has been developing a chemical agent in a remote lab near the Ukrainian/Russian border. It is rumored that the chemical agent is a mind altering drug that produces fear and paranoia in those infected. It is unclear if the Russian's are planning on using it in the Ukraine but it is feared so.
U.S. government agencies have also been monitoring the situation and have given the green light to test "Section: Anger" in an upcoming raid on the facility in a secret joint effort between U.S. and Ukrainian forces in the region. Dubbed as a "training exercise" - Section Anger has been deployed to Central Europe with a new medical "modifications" designed to enhance their combat effectiveness.

It is rumored that the lab is producing chemical weapons for an upcoming attack on the Ukrainian by an elite unit of Russian operatives.

The U.S. has sent a special unit of "enhanced" super soldiers to assist the Ukrainian Army in destroying a military lab being run by the Russian military. The U.S. has informed the Ukrainians that they will deny any involvement in the upcoming mission and plan on using the action to field test some new medial technologies developed for the unit.
