Good question! I forgot to put that in the first post (its there now)

Game starts at 10AM. It'll end before 5PM.

So, get there before 10am so that you're prepared and ready for the in-game briefing.

If you're late, you just might have to wait to enter the game until an Admin has time to deal with you...

with the economic downturn, most of the retailers have haven't made quite as much profit, which translates into fewer prizes this year.

As a result, there have been fewer "we're donating this" prizes, and more "we'll put something in your hands, we just dont know what yet" promises.

You know, I looked at that map, and I have every reason to believe that the field is along there. I can not confirm that address 100% for sure, but it appears to be roughly the same as the directinos posted on the first page.
