Nocte is right dude. I talked directly to a sheriff after I got my first airsoft gun, and he pointed me right to that ordinance code. Funny how you can walk around in city limits (orange tipped of course), and they can't say shit to you. On the other hand discharging your airsoft gun electric or gas in city limits can get you in deep shit (if you're caught).

No you can't. Anyone can paint a real gun's barrel orange. An orange barrel doesn't mean you are cleared to walk around with it in public.

The police aren't going to put their lives on the line over a bit of paint on the barrel of something that could or couldn't be real.

Wolf has permission from the landowner, but still needs to clear things with the local PD that has jurisdiction over this property. He's going to call them and let me know when it's been done. If all goes well, this will be a safe (and legal) location to play at and we'll unlock this thread.

Wolf called the local PD in regards to having events on this property:

The Gresham City Police department has been notified of the event and they had no problems with it. I told them they could contact me if they had any questions and gave my name and phone number. Regulations are that all Replicas must be in bags/cases until we get into the playing area, and no shooting at the nearby houses.

We all know the above rules are common sense. Thanks Wolf for taking initiative and doing the right thing.

Park next to the curb at the left of the road. No Replicas will be allowed to be out of bags or cases until you are in the playing area; No shooting at the houses on the side of the road, and you must stay at least 100 yards from the road while playing(Owners rule).

There is limited parking so please carpool as much as possible.
I will be Posting signs for pedestrians if they should enter the area.
Post if you are comming so that I can add you to my list.
