There will be pistol mounted tac lights available for you, but I highly suggest you bring a flashlight of some sort, some places will get dark.

I will be the cinematographer for this event. I would like to let the players and actors know in advance that the equipment that I will be borrowing from my college is very expensive and I will be held accountable for it if something terrible happens to it. I would like to give you a list of concerns before hand so that there will not be any confusion or hard feelings come game day.

To avoid damage to the camera's delicate parts and glass lens:

Please do not fire in mine or my fellow cinematographer's direction

Please do not push, grab or come into contact with us at anytime if you are an actor or player. A simple tap on the back to let me or my associate know that we are in your way is acceptable. (As the event promoter for Night I did not expect to be zombified by my own actors but I was at least 10 times and I almost fell once. I understand that accidents happen, just try to avoid them.)

Lastly, have a good time shooting zombies and the infected or infecting the living. Try to look pretty for the camera because I have a feeling this video will turn out better than anything I have done before.

As of right now, the event is still a go. I have had to move to the front warehouse, I will be checking it out on saturday and seeing what I can do with it to ensure the best game possible for the attendees.

Unless I say otherwise the game is still on, even if I have to find a new building. I will keep everyone updated as I find things out.
