This can not be under-stated or asked enough. Phase 1 is a ball buster designed to weed out people who don't have the fortitude or motivation to perform in this role. You're going to have a dozen skill sets thrown at you in a high stress environment, and if you don't learn the basics of these skill sets you're going to suffer during the night operation. But it won't just be you who suffers, it will be your whole student team.

Between Phases 1 and 2 you will be responsible for completing homework and taking quizzes. In addition, you'll be subject to peer reviews. Your fellow students are going to grade your performance. You're going to have to have a real ghillie or cover, and if you don't do it you're leaving. If your homework isn't done, you're leaving. It IS that simple.

Why am I such a tool about it? Because my instructors and I are going to give you 100%, and we expect no less in return.

If you can gut it out for all 4 phases, you will have accomplished a significant personal victory.

I know I missed the first session.
(medical bills killed my bank account and couldn't afford everything)

Is it possible to jump in at the later sessions even though I've missed one?

You didn't miss it. It got rescheduled. To answer your question, though, I don't think they're allowing you to skip sessions at all. You have to commit to the whole thing.
