May spray over it lightly with OD and Brown to drown out some of the tan.

To sharp, and the tan is a bit light. An OD spray may do it good, like you said.

DERAIL WARNING!

Federal Law requires a 'Permanantly affixed Orange Tip' for 'Commercial Transport and Resale'. If you own it, it is not illegal to have a black tip.

Now, you know that NOTHING is permanent, unless you figure out a way to make a paint that dissolves other paint over it.

Once you own the gun, it is not illegal to paint or otherwise make black the tip.

Also, once you own the gun, it is not illegal to paint or otherwise make black the tip.

The only other thing is that once you own the gun, it is not illegal to paint or otherwise make black the tip.

But can I pain over the tip?
jk
Its say Commercial Transport and Resale so if I sell my airsoft gun on ASP do I need to have the orange tip? And it is legal to transport it without one since I'm not commercial. I just want to check.

Amos, it's all about blending. The blocky colors will work great. Don't sweat changing the colors, just get some wear on it....and it'll not only be functional, but look cool as well.

That's what I was going for, although I'll probably change it around quite a bit more before it's finished.

I need to get my pics from my friend Ethan.
I just painted my M16A4 in a desert tigerstripe design.
It's still a work in progress, and my next step is to paint my body OD.
