I knew a teacher at my high school that had a KA-BAR in his desk for three years. Then the new principle came and he had to get rid of it. Man she was a b**ch.

That's right, because everything you need to know can be learned from novelty t-shirts and bumper stickers! Remind me to be near you with a badge.

EDIT:

Oregon Public Order Offense 166.240

Carrying of concealed weapons.

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, any person who carries concealed upon the person any knife having a blade that projects or swings into position by force of a spring or by centrifugal force, any dirk, dagger, ice pick, slungshot, metal knuckles, or any similar instrument by the use of which injury could be inflicted upon the person or property of any other person, commits a Class B misdemeanor.

So, something like 6 months jail time, because you can't be bothered to carry a legal knife. Why bother? Do you think it makes you edgy? Cool? Hip?

My dog wouldn't know what to do with a duck if she caught it, but she's cute. And hates Mexicans. +1!

I always have my Gerber knife. When I have a belt on, I have a leatherman on that too. As long as no one tries to stab, cut, injure,.... anyone else, I'm fine with it.

For Th0r: I might just tell my friend who is Albany PD about you. You're 18, so either still in school or almost done, and my friend tends to frequent schools. Oh, and he also plays airsoft and follows the forums, so, way to admit to breaking the law on a board frequented by LEO's.

I don't want to make this worse then it already is, Im not some juvenile delinquent who thinks breakin the laws is cool. Carryin' a knife (illegal) at that is cool. The earlyer posts where listing there knifes that they had and I was just listing mine. I don't have a leatherman. These are my only knifes. I came from California. Its good to have some protection down there.

I will say I'm sorry for my smartassness. Its my kind of humor. Sometimes it goes a bit over. You can ask my parents on that. And the image that you get from how I talk, is a complete 180 from how I look, and what I do. Im not some pot smoking 18 year old, rebel. I havent done any thing illigal except the knives in my life. If we meet in person, you'd be amazed.

Again I'm sorry. If it make ya feel better. I will never bring my knives to any airsofting game.

Well you've earned a few respect points back in my book because at least you can own up to things. (you'd be surprised how many people are unwilling to.)

You gotta understand that kids come here all the time with the Im a badass attitude because they want to impress people.

Just be yourself here and you'll be alright

It's still illegal to carry them on the street. I don't care if you're from California, if I were a cop, and I knew you had them on you, I'd bust your a$$ in a heartbeat. Technically, they're illegal in California as well, if the blade is longer than two inches.

Mind your mouth. It can get you in trouble if you're not careful.

And buy yourself a damn regular old pocketknife. One of those little Swiss Army things.
