ATTENTION
Due to the anticipated player turnout being lower then expected, I am going to have to cancel the event for this event. I will look over the calender and move to re-shedule this event as soon as possible. Hopefully we can get a game-day set that is better for most people, and we can a great player turnout.
For those looking forward to this game, I am sorry, but I do not want to repeat what happened at the last scappoose game a couple weeks ago, where not even half of those who said they would attend didnt show, and those who did, showed up an hour or so late.
I will announce the re-sheduling of this event as soon as I can set a new date.

SPECIAL LABOR DAY EVENT

Scappoose Mini-OP: Clean House

Date: Saturday Aubust 30th EVENT CANCELLED

Everyone, be sure to arrive with enough time to gear up and be ready to go at 1030, not show up at 1030 and delay the start of the game.

This is going to be a Mini-OP/ Mil-Sim type event, not a shirmish. Plan to play and act accordingly.
By Mil-Sim I mean there will be more then just run, shoot, respawn. Each team will have a Full-Team Leader & Medics. There will be HVT (High Value Targets) on each team, meaning if your team is able to capture an HVT alive and return him to your base point, EVAC point you will gain over the opposing force.

General Scenario:
This will be a Force on Force event:
US Military Forces vs Insurgents

US Military Forces uniform:
MARPAT & ACU
NOTE: MULTI-CAM maybe added to the US Force, this depends on the expected turnout for the US Forces, I will watch the boards on if it looks like there isnt too many signing up for the US Forces I will add it, if not then MULTI-CAM will be with the Insurgents, and only allowed in the half & half form.

Insurgent Forces uniform:
civilian attire, or half & half (1-piece BDU, 1-piece civilian attire). So if you are wearing a (non-MARPAT/ACU BDU blouse,) then you are wearing non-BDU trousers/pants or if you are wearing a (non-MARPAT/ACU) trousers then you are wearing civilian shirt, such as a T-shirt or sweatshirt, etc etc.

NO EXCEPTIONS to the uniform set up.
The only ones not in one of these 2 uniforms sets will be ADMINS & Approved Sniper Teams which will be in ghillies if not in the allowed team uniforms.

Snipers
Each team will be allowed to have 3 bolt rilfes on the field. This is bolt rifles in total, doesnt matter if its shooting 300fps or 550fps. If you are carrying a bolt, you are considered a sniper. Anyone wanting to run as a sniper should PM me directly to requiest a spot, I will approve or disapprove based on the pre-req teams I have set up for these roles.

Weapon Restrictions
Bolt Rifles: as stated above
NO DRUM MAGS or BETA-C MAGS allowed unless on APPROVED SAW weapon platforms. IE M249, M60, MG36, RPK etc etc. If you have a SAW weapon that has been converted from an AEG: example- MG36 or RPK, the gun must have atleast a 90% conversion completion. If you are unsure if your weapon meets these requirements, you should PM me directly to confirm. If you do not and you show up with a SAW conversion that doesnt meet the requirements, it wont be allowed into play. This is your responcibility.
NO other weapon restrictions are in effect, Stand-By for any changes to the weapon restrictions rule.

Grenades: Functional Frag grenades are allowed to be used in the field. Dummy frag grenades & 40mm shell grenades are only effective if used to kill personell inside of a building/structure or foxhole.
