Sure, remember we close the show at 6pm, so leave yourself with enough time to actually sell some gear.

We're past the 20 table mark, given the amount of space we have I'm going to need to cap right there. The list of vendors on the main page (page 1) has been updated. If you are on the list posted in the first thread as bringing table but you are in fact NOT bringing a table, please let me know.

The venue should be open and ready for vendor setup at 8am. Open to the public at 10am.

Tradeshow floor diagram added. Things are basically split up into 4 rows, the longest side of the room is 60 feet. Depending on whether tables are 8 foot or 6 foot, my estimates might be low. Power is given to those who specified they needed power, they'll be near outlets (marked). Best locations (if you honestly think any are better than others) are first come first serve... If you show up right at 8am to setup, you'll have your pick.

AP will have beverages on hand, both non-alcoholic and beer, while supplies last. It'll be hot, so I'm sure ice cold drinks will go FAST.

Depending on raffle ticket sales, I'll buy pizza for the vendor crew. I don't want to be left with any out of pocket money, that's not the point, I'd rather throw it back out there for more pizza, drinks, or whatever we need.
