So I assume we'll have use of the area w/ the mout site, missle base, and south to the fence line?
otherwise, the surrounding area of the lake?

oh, and I'll likely be running w/ the marines in multi or marpat.

Why are there not more people signing up?
Trust, me from experience, this is a fun place to run around and shoot at people.

Lildood do not despair!! We are currently working with our insurance company to put on a 12-16 year old only operation! Just to show we have nothing against younger players.

Hey everyone first post here... Really want to come join this op on the 9th but I want to make sure all my bases are covered as this would be the first big (more than 40 people) game.

It says in the original post that we must be registered by the 6th, where do we register?

I would be bringing a friend that also wants to play and we have multicam but are not opposed to picking up something else at sir plus on the way to the game.

Welcome aboard. You just registered. See you this weekend. Bring ID, eye protection, radios if you got them and make sure your weapons fit the fps rules. Just for clarification the rules are 350fps in the mout site perimeter(which will be clearly marked) and 400fps outside the mout site perimeter, which is most of the field. If your gun shoots more than 400fps your gun does not play....Further clarification more than 400fps means 401fps and above, no grey area for chrono variances. It is your responsibility as players to know what your shooting.

So I would asumue that the 350FPS in the MOUT site implies that this will be more CQBish yes? So is it better to just aim for 350 so I can play everywhere?

During the chrono, are players made to chrono w/ the hop up turned all the way off, or at a normal setting? I know that with the hop up off my M4 shoots around 420, but with BBs shooting straight and the hop up set, Im shooting like 380-390ish...

If you want to go anyware ya 350 would be the way to go. It does not matter if you hopup is on or off when you chorno you need to be at or less than the FPS for the area of play.

my friends m4 is just above 350. so we were thinking... would he be able to bring a pistol into the mout site and leave his m4 on his holster behind his back? or will he not be allowed even in the mout because his gun is hot?

Yes he could go into the mout site with his weapon slung on his back and a pistol in his hands(as long as the pistol isnt running 385 fps like some I've seen recently  ). We will chrono and mark all weapons according to their fps. We will have admins (and Army personel) spot checking for BIO ammo and fps marks on the field during the game. If you want to shoot in the mout site area bring an airsoft weapon that shoots under 350fps, have it chrono'd as such and remember to use it when you enter the mout site perimeter. We will be watching the mout site like a hawk for correct fps weapons, as you will be going inside the buildings to accomplish your objectives :dual: .
If any of you have seen any pictures of the field you will know that you will have several acres of wooded lands, "army style training prison camps :snap: ", 100's of feet of barbed wire(which if you search diligently you will find the breaks in the wire to sneak through :ninja: ) and of course the entire M.O.U.T. Site to use as an area of operation. This will test your camo, your kits versatility, your tactics, your stategy, your intelligence, your skills and your BALLS!!!

Are Bio BBs required for those of us who use bolt action platforms? Finding Bio BBs heavy enough could be difficult.
