Hah, looked at the pictures and in the only decent one of me I was half sticking my tongue out! Awesome.
KYLE!!!! You had an excellent leadership element that was far superior to any I have experienced in a paid for OP. Get me there is the best order ever! So was we're taking wild woods. I like how you gave us the big picture, and we worked out the details. Great job! You're a f***ing stud!

Interesting that the victory was a mere 15 points and Militia lost 15 points by killing the primary and secondary objectives. :) I'd like to think I did my part by dying.

To echo everyone else, this was a great game. One of the best that I have been to. The admin to player ratio was crazy high and the admins did a good job of working together. You guys were a team and it showed in the way that you worked together to solve problems when they happened.

Field is great, I wish the pictures did it more justice. If you look at the ones on the site it doesn't show the great terrain, good structures, etc.

Games like this make the difference from airsoft recreation to milsim. Having a more dynamic environment, complex objectives, changes during game, guided respawns, objective verifications, all the little things that make a big difference in terms of how enjoyable an event is.

That was the plan, to make all squads/objectives/choices important to the game. Some of the big games I've been to it's like the hosts have to much to keep track of and a large portion of the players are left to insignificant tasks as a way to "keep them busy and make them think they are playing airsoft today".

We want everyone to have as much trigger time as possible that is why we make so many objectives and give point values to the objectives. Every squads contribution counts just like in a real battle and the secondary's aren't just "busy work".

We are currently on the job making more KICK a$$ GAMES for this field and a couple other sweet spots that will make you wet and/or tear up with joy. man we love airsoft and we love bringing these games to you.

thanks Red. :D that was my first op commanding a large group of well organized troops like your self and many others.
I thank everyone for staying with the big pic and working together and working hard on getting what was asked of them done. that's what i think counted the most.

special thanks goes to commie hunter for co commanding and working together on our first few runs attacking the guerrillas and for letting me shoot at him lol.
also the "ACU flank team" these guys for there first op ever where a great help, good job guys.

also if you guys want me to command the next game id be more then happy to! :) just next time I'm just gonna pack light. just bring my m-9 pistol and plan on being in the rear with the gear lol.

reason why i left my command toward the end of the game:

1. it was vary hard to do vary little and not play, and to be packing so much gear and not using it.

2. when i left i was going to work as a forward command station in wild woods when we took it, with commie hunter running the AFB.

did i really say "get me there"? if so when was that?

Something about that. I love the pictures, but I was wondering, if whoever the camera was running around, he snapped a picture of myself and my SAW Gunner (Although I think he was carrying his M4 by then), Dan, leaning over a log, plotting and scheming. I was really looking forward to seeing that picture, but it's not in the list. If that photo is still in existence, and it just didn't turn out very well, I wouldn't mind having a copy of that. The only guy on my team that got any good "face" time was Road Kill. Any chance that pics still around?

Make sure you check all the pages of photos. If you can't find it... post of a photo of yourself, so it will be easier to find that picture of you and the other. If I still have it I will post it in the gallery.

If the field gets another event I will try to make sure I get some official field pictures.

Seems I don't have any decent photos of my face handy. But I know that Dan was wearing a woodland boonie, I was wearing a woodland 8-point cover, I had a black AK-74, he had an M4. If I find a decent photo, I will let you know.
