ABT Airsoft Battle Field Event/Camp out

Postby SCROUNGE » Sun May 18, 2008 10:33 pm

Memorial Day/Weekend Games. ABT will be having a CAMP OUT over Memorial Day weekend. So grap your camp gear, food, drink and of course your guns and ammo. We will have a night op along with sector control (with a twist), hold the hill, and there will be a senerio called Operation "Ground ZERO". Details for this to follow. Cost will be $15 for the weekend or $10 if you just come up for the day. Chrono will start around 9:30 a.m. and the will begin around 10:30 a.m. Parking is limited so please car pool, AGE LIMIT 18 y/o, waivers will be on site to sign. ABT Airsoft Field is located at 2011 NE 373rd st., La Center, WA. 98629. Shoot ya later.
~ Operation Ground Zero ~
The Anti-Airsofters have blown up the ABT Airsoft Battle Field CQB House in attempts to thwart the playing of airsoft at the ABT field. X and I (scrounge) were at the ABT Field and found a note attached to what was the cheery tree. In this note the anti-airsofters state they are impressed that we are still playing at the ABT field, but they are still not happy that we are there. So they have hidden several incendiary satchels through out the property to see if they can run us off for ever. The mission will be to find as many of these satchels as your team can and take them to your re-spawn point. It seems like they know a lot about us and the field. X and myself wonder if these anti airsofters are some of those that have been amoung us for sometime and are just now showing their true colors.

No, I believe the chrono starts at 9:30am on saturday, and game at 10:30 saturday, and will continue all day, and then start up again that evening for a night game, probably once it gets dark. then bed time, and I assume chrono starts again on sunday at 9:30.... But that's just an estimated guess...
I would love to come out, but I have work on saturday till about 4, are events going to continue to be happening that late on saturday, and how late is the field going to be open for the night games to continue?

How strict is the 18 and up rule?
Some of the Dunedin Rangers are under 18.

Because an 18 year old is just as likely (if not more) to get hurt doing something stupid that the host doesn't want to be liable for. Waivers aren't just for the under 18 crowd anymore. As for the age limit, its bold and in a bigger font than the rest of the text, so I'm gonna say that its a hard limit.

Back on topic: Sorry that I can't make it, I would like to run with you guys eventually.

So we start at 10:30 on saturday and then I assume we will have a break before the night op.
What time will that be if there is one? I may have to leave during that time.

The games will start on friday after noon just some lite skirms and a pre nite opp ,Then on Sat morning we will start the games in the AM and go all day breaking for eats then when it gets dark on sat we will do another nite opp and depending on how that goes we will sleep some time "I hope" sometimes we go all nite ,Depending on how it all works out
A little suffering is part of war
Then on Sunday morning we will go for another full day and possably another nite opp , and for those real die hard , homless , lost or just confused we will be staying another nite to fight on monday too !, seeing hows its Memoral day week end.
" Can't let it go to waste. "
So as you can see if you can't make it up there on one day there will be plenty others
And of course rember to bring your sleeping bags and tents if you have them
And plenty of water
When you feel the hairs on the back of your neck move, It's too late!! That's me pulling my knife out!!!
