CQC Competition 3: Nov 19-20

Prolly a dumb question Sea, but will actors need to pay for participation? The wife is bugging me to make sure all monetary expense is covered.
Also, I wear glasses and don't have a set of actual 'ballistic protection' glasses - but I do have prescription safety glasses for work that have attached side shield and are rated for high velocity fragments (stamped with 'OC' on each lens), will these be satisfactory?
I've worn them since I began playing and haven't has a problem with them yet. (2 eye shots so far and both were firm bouncers)
