That rule, as you remember it, changed about halfway through the second game. It changed because things started to get bogged down and at that point the arty was used to encourage people to keep moving. BSP has allready discussed this and have several solutions in hand, none of which include a change in rules halfway through a game.

Something like:
Demo man - an armband that is subdued tan
Mechanic - Subdued ACU green or something
For me there was confusion as to how many people were demo guys and mechanics and who they were.
We assigned some guys out of our squad but I dont think they were able to set more than 3 charges because we never could find any demo packs in the ammo dump - they kept disappearing.

Regardless - This was a terrific game setup and I wish I could make it to every one of them in the series.
As far as sides and hikes - I have to agree with what was said earlier, that NATO might have had an uphill hike to repawn, but it was a phony pony of an assault when you are on the low ground taking heavy fire and trying to run *uphill* to gain terrain and footing. I think it was mentioned that the maps will change as each game is posted? If so, just wait cuz you will have 'new' terrain features so those hikes will be different I am sure.

I think that this would improve the game play

The Op was Great. Enjoyed it.

However the admins shouldent wear MARPAT/Woodland BDU/Desert Tri Color under their Vests.

The vests only are on their Chests Thus leaving the rest of their body looking like a active player. When the admin is slightly out of view and all you see is say the lower Torso or an arm because the rest is behind a bush or building you will Engage thinking its enemy. They should wear something like Orange Shirts and jeans. Just anything other then Military Clothing that The Combatants are wearing.

It would help with any and all Admins getting shot and its a easy Solution.

Also So many times the admins where in my line of Fire. There would be like 2-4 admins just standing around in the middle of a Path thus making me and those I was with not shoot at the enemy thats in the open on the other side of them. They Should not walk around in Groups and watch where Teams are so that they don't end up making a Brick wall between us. Just a slight annoyance.

It was my First time ever to Splat Action and I now see why you guys Dislike the Field, I always say "Wars Hell" but that doesn't mean Bunkers should collapse on people and bridges should be unsafe. SA needs to build some new stuff.

I did Enjoy the field though, I like how its set up and how it plays. Good job BSP for making a fun event. I can't wait to see the video Footage :3

Did people have problems with team kills as far as the similarities between marpat and Flecktarn camo? I had a few instances where i didn't shot marpat because i thought it was flecktarn. I suppose I just need to get use to identifying camo.

I had a few times where I was shot for wearing flecktarn.

We are going to address that as well as time goes along.

I'd like to make it a simple two pattern program, but I believe it will detract from the event.

Brown vs Green is the way it'll stay for the time being, but we'll likely have to allocate flecktarn to Warsaw due to the coloring.

Great event guys, it was almost the best SA event I have been to yet. Of course Belligerence was bad a$$ since we were one of the SF teams at that event, but that was a whole different ball game compared to this.

Yes there are some things that could use tweaked, but I have already talked to you about those and other people have poated them here already. I do agree thought that It needs to be brown v. green only, with no Flecktarn on the brown side. Brown should only be mulitcam, ACU, DCU's, etc.

I hope to make the next one, but wil have to see depending on the date.

My god, people are such babies when it comes to what camo patterns they can wear at games, but most of them have 3 or more patterns sitting at home. I say, shazaam em, fight the war the way the OP was written. If you don't have the right gear for the OP, don't go to the OP.
