i know of a spot in maple valley,wa thats great me and my friend went there today its great.it is a giant forest it was a homemade dirtbike track but now abandoned.it has a bunch of trails and little forts everywhere.its located on the corner of kent kangley and maple valley black diamond road behind goodwill.

If it's in town, somebody probably owns it. You should make sure you find out, and get permission. You'll also need to alert local authorities if it's within city limits.
