WAR AT RILEA (MARCH 2nd 2008) CANCELED

Postby Reese » Fri Feb 29, 2008 1:45 pm

With the cancelation of the BSP Challenge at Camp Withycombe this weekend, we have secured Camp Rilea for Sunday, March 2nd.

This event will be open to the general public.

You must be 16+ and have a signed waiver in hand.

Cost: $30 ($50 if you want to be in the raffle)

Yes we know it's short notice, but this is an amazing opportunity to play at the holy grail of airsoft in Oregon and we want to give everyone an opportunity to attend.

There will be vendors on site. Food. And an amazing raffle with $4500 worth of prizes from Benchmade, Danner, Airsplat, Airsoft Warrior, and many others. The cost is $50 at the door instead of $30 for just the game, if you wish to get in on the raffle.

400 FPS rules and a full safety brief on how these will be used on the MOUT site.

550 for sniper rifles.

We will be utilizing the MOUT site at Rilea, Checkpoint Charley (which is huge) and a portion of the lake area.

Type of game: Sector control with objectives.

You must be on site at 08:00 am. Event begins at 09:00 am.

It will be PATTERNS (woodland, flecktarn, etc) vs. DIGITAL (ACU, Marpat, etc)

If you have bio-bb's bring them. Otherwise we'll be providing bb's free of charge while supplies last.

More details are forthcoming.

Contact myself or Bill Youngblood for more information.

Two questions:
Do we still need a full stack (8-12) to run the scenarios?
Could you explain how you are making outdoor velocities safe for an indoor MOUT game?

Please refund PAC's entry fees.
Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

Player v. Actor scenarios with skirmishing for the down time is exactly what I wanted to hear :)

I'll be there. Don't care how long the return trip to K Falls will take...

In the scenarios 330 or less. We will chrono.

Do we need the full stack of 8 to still participate in the competition?
