How exactly do you use the Dish soap? Do you put a small amount on the goggles, and leave it there, or do you clean it with the soap, or what?

(I've got ESS NVG Profile goggles, and don't want them fogging)

Rub on a thin layer and let it dry to a haze then buff it till clear with a soft towel or t-shirt.

ESS goggles without the fan are very prone to fogging, my brother and I both have a pair of Land-OPs and they both fog very quickly. Using soap for antifog delays fogging quite a bit, but eventually it happens. My Bolle T-800s with soap can go all day without fogging. From my experience, the closer the goggles are to the face and the more your breathe through your nose, the less fogging you'll get.

from what i heard dish washing soap can actually damage the lences causing them to get weak and crack in time.what i do is just run them in the sink with "no" soap,let air dry, and then spray some anti-fog for airsoft/paintball goggles. works for me
