Just to clarify:

If I run with a team, it's X monies for me, and then +X monies for the shooting competition.

If I run as an individual, I will only be competing in the shooting competition, not in any scenarios.

Team is $50 and you get one individual event....it is $5 for each of the others to add them (covers the medals and target builds)

Right, as an individual or as a tandem team, you may only participate in the shooting comps, not the scenerio combat phases.

You said that we need at least 4 people ($200) in order to register by January 3rd. But if in the end, we couldn't find 8 people, you'll fully refund our $200 right?

You shouldn't sign up for a spot without 8. The point being that sometimes peoples pay periods don't fall correctly to pay on the 3rd....We wanted to allow people to afford the situation, by falling over both pay periods. (1st/15th)

Im sure you guys will find a team. You are some of the most dedicated and consistent I've seen at the BSP Training events.

Also, event PDF's will be downloadable from the BSP site.

so on the challenge handbook it says gloves are required, is this really a safety issue?

I don't like getting hit in the finger. I think it's possible to loose a fingernail if you get hit right. :P

i don't like it either, i've been hit underneath the fingernail, but i prefer being able to feel with my finger tips when quickly changing mags/digging through gear/or searching people.

I'm with Martin on this. I like to be able to feel my trigger.

If i get hit in the fingernail . . . . its one of those risks I'm willing to accept.

Fingerless gloves. You can feel the trigger, your gear, etc, but you're wearing gloves, so you're covered under the rules.
