Marine Force reconnaissance, MEU SOCOM - Battalion Reconnaissance, Amphibious Reconnaissance Platoon and Scout Snipers all wear similar high speed set ups. But still are limited to authorised equipment. This thread is to assist in building a MARSOC style loadout.

Camo:
Arid MarPat, Temperate MarPat,
Tan & Sage Green flightsuits.
(generally Marines use boot blousers on their pants, alot of pics have shown MFR dosen't follow that rule)
Boots:
Belleville, Danner, Bates
Nomex Flight Gloves Green or Tan.

MICH 2000 w/ Norotos NVG Mount, PVS14 NVG mount, painted- Tan, Green or Coyote Brown.(MFR & MEU SOC)
MICH 2000 w/ marpat cover and Norotos NVG Mount,(MEU SOC & Bat Recon)

Ok, I didn't spot it. What's odd about that one Marine?

His arm pocket has velcro on it, or he's carrying a single-stack .45 magazine?

or that he is wareing his flag wrong, it should be backwards, and i think is on the wrong arm. And is he Airborn qualified? is that what that insignia is on his shirt?

The flag is pointing the right way, but it's usually worn on the other shoulder. He's probably airborne, with that winged chute.
