The funny thing is that Fred told me "The pictures are already uploaded."

Thank you OSK that was the best time airsofting I've had in a while definitely a success.

I would also like to thank Neon for gunning down our entire squad in the assault portion of the tourney.

I know how much work it takes to plan, execute and score a team based tournament (Enduring Horizon.)
Your efforts are very much appreciated.
We had a great time! We look forward to the next one!

I especially liked the use of the casualty cards. It was almost like a scratch it lottery ticket. There were times I risked my a$$ to retrieve a fallen comrade, bandage him only to discover he was combat ineffective. It prevented the KIA and the associated loss of points so it was worth it.

My only critisism is as follows;
The briefings were a bit vague. Our first objective was to conduct a raid. I don't believe anybody on our team knew this. It was blind luck that we recovered intel. One of my guys walked up to me holding a hard drive and asked if it was anything. I told him hang onto it and turn it in.

We suffered downtime of well over an hour between our 4th and 5th objectives. It got pretty cold standing around in sweat soaked clothing.

The above is offered as constructive critisism. We had a great time.
Thanks again Niall and crew.

Oh, and thanks for that perty trophy!!!

+1, this was well put together and spreadout nicely. I actually think we need to have more games like this once a month and have rotating teams take up the positions on the field as OSK and the other teams did planning this event. I for one would be up to be one of the attacking teams/players next time

+1 to what Wonderer said. Oh, and some playing cards wouldn't hurt. Might even prevent another Cheezit box death...

And if you're on ambush, don't fall asleep!
Snoring has a tendancy to give away your position...

Hey, GayGay here. ;) I had a great time yesterday playing with Red Regiment at the "Infiltration Station" (sounds ominous!) and defending against you poor guys. I was the one holding the bottom (by that "damn treestump," as I heard it called) path by the river, which most of the teams decided to use on that day (most on Saturday apparently went to the upper path and the one team on Sunday that did, got through quite well) and, I have to say, that was the most trigger time I've ever gotten. Talk about a target rich environment.

Thanks to Niall for letting me hop on board at the last second, it was a very rewarding (albeit tiring) experience and I won't soon forget every second of it (even the waiting for 20 minutes in my little mud hole every round while you guys navigated that terrible undergrowth). Also, thanks for loaning me the flora top, I would've looked like a masochist without it from all the sticks and crap. It also looked hawt as well. :P

Bunches of thanks to Red Regiment who I played with. Those three (I'm not sure how many teams knew this, but there were only four defenders at tha station both days. It's a testament to what a well designed defense can accomplish) were some of the funnest people I have had the oppertunity to fight with. I'll definitely be hopping up to their neck of the woods to swap some white death with them and their other teamies.

Thanks to all the teams who competed. I was only around on Sunday, so I only saw four of those teams, which saddens me. I wish I could've been there both days (dang 12 hours at work on Saturdays!) to see just how wonderfully you all did. I was quite amazed at the abilities and cool-headedness of the teams which we played against, as they were put into a very tricky position. You all did admirably in the face of fire and I was extremely happy everytime one of you guys were able to compromise my position and rain white lead on me. Good job, every one of you.

Everyone else that was involved, thanks for making me feel welcome and helpping me (and everyone else that attended) have a great time. Ren, great BBQ, you deserve your "Mother of Russia" pin. ;) Wonderer, good cookin', that burger was more than overdue after such a long day. :) Congrats to the OSK guys that got promoted, pinned, and rewarded! I got a couple of pins, too, which made me feel special.

All in all, a wonderful time and good exercise. I can't wait for the next one, though maybe I'll try my skills on the otherside of the battle lines (or flamingo lines, as it were. :) ). Thanks all.
Call me Gay-Gay. ;)

Wow, that was a fun event. I am friggin beat!!!

I have to say that ALL the teams that went through my station did an excellent job. I was extremely impressed with all of you. Thank you for coming out to play and giving me a good show :)

Few things to say.

You two soldiers that caused my balls to get a full extended burst within safety kill range (you know who you are) are going to pay........

Knuckles...... SHUT UP ALREADY YOU BLED OUT 2 MINUTES AGO!!!!! :)

OITA, not much I can say, you all died GREAT :) But I give your team HUGE kudos. I felt your pain when you emerged from the tree line after that last engagement. You guys made me feel even MORE tired when I looked at you.

Thank you all again I got to see what great teams are in the community and how proffessional you all really are. It was a learning experience for us all I am sure and I look forward to using what I learned in the future AGAINST you all :)

I also understand that my blue tacvest is all the rage, if you want one I can ummm supply them for you.........

In my defense... they had it coming.

Shake and bake! Oooooh, did that just happen?!
