I would liek us to do this often,

I would like to see us using a more profetional location as well.

I have modified the main page for this OP.

This OP no longer has Cash prizes. This OP is now Free. I have had very poor turnout for this so we are just going to run it to have some fun and hone our skillset.

I have put several hundred dollars into setting this up and there are alot of manhours involved getting the site ready.

I would liek to see a few people come out and play and have a good time.

Sign up in still on the first post and on the AP calender.

Post it earily so i can check my dates, i have to head out of country to the UK for work, NYC, then cancun also. I hoping i do not have to miss the GS3 event because of it, but i gotta pay the bills :o

expect more of this type of competition in the future, during the winter months when the weather is teh suck. since it can be all done indoors and there are no "live" targets.

we will be looking for a place like TPTS, or something similar. the pistol and sniper lanes are pretty standard. the kill house that troy, pittsmen and i have concocted for the hogans alley is the real challenge. i am not sure but troy will run it will pistols and sub guns too. troy is also talking about a ROF lane too, but i will let him disclose the details on that one.

it will be a regulay EATF event, we are hoping events like these will instigate the players to a accuracy mentallity not a spray and pray mentallity.

see you at the next one DOA.

Target aquisition and threat analysis are key.

Move as fast as you can be accurate.

I thought that a months notice was enough for this event. I know that 2 weeks was enough for the Scapoose game. ( not to start a new war just a point.)

Anywyas, the more turnout the better it will be. I have about a dozen events preplanned if I can get some enthusiasm.

Several of us NWO have been wanting to do this type of event for awhile. Shooting live is fun, but honing skills is essential. We will be doing similar stuff out at Rilea this weekend during down time--when we aren't preparing an ambush for the Guard boys...

This was the exact reason that we did a small shooting course at our CQB event. To help people understand it's not about how many rounds you put down range but how good of a shot you are.

Good luck guys hope you have a good turn out. Sorry to say that WAR is training for Fear This II this weekend otherwise we would be there.

That sucks, Troy. I am sorry that I could not have attended. Me and my boys would have cleaned up out there...especially with no competition ;)
Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

If there is interest I will host another in a couple weeks. before I tear down all the walls for the killhouse.

If there is no interest I will not.

Yesterday was a little discouraging as you can imagine.

We did use the time for training for the CQC6, Actually learned a little from mistakes we made and modified.

If anyone would like to use this facility to run your own CQC practice I would be happy to make it available for a small fee. Could be made available in the evenings on the weekend or late afternoon Fridays.

yea it was a shame to see no turnout. we used the time to our best advantage.

i had a great time shooting the targets, and my M14 is now closer to being dialed in, thx jolly for that.

and there is not one of you that can make a 100 yard shot. i dont care if you have a APS2 or a CA m24 shooting at 650+ with a .43 and you still will not make the shot, and how do i know this.... we measured out 100 yards and shot at the target. anyone who says they can make a 100 yard shot on a man sized target, that was your chance to prove it. it CANNOT be done.

Barring conflicts with work, I'd like to attend the next one, even in my lowly noob skills. If nothing else, it's good practice, right?
