good times, john as usual good to see you. This was my first outing since cqc5, so it felt pretty good. Like the new layout, it mixes things up for those of us that had it memorized.

Mike: back at you! It was great to meet you in person finally, and you absolutely bring integrity, intelligence and honor to the game. I loved the one defensive game we played in the Fight Club with you.

Thoma: Also great to see you, bro. We need to go get a beer and look at all the naked photos I took of you and Head while we were in New Orleans! I've made a lot of money on www.bucknudegrunts.com with those shots!

(just kidding). But I do have 1.5 Gig worth of shots I need to share with ya.

Take care all. Can't wait for the next one.

John

A+ for closing off that back hall section and moving a few other things around. Made gameplay less stagnant and provided some BITCHIN new places to kill people from.

We all had a great time.

Ya I thought the redesign was cool, I kept forgetting about the changes and making bad plans, lol. The assault/defend missions were fun too, a good way to mix it up.

The biggest issue I had in play was friend or foe identification. The mixed camo was part of it, but I think that coming after nephlim where FoF was a non-factor it was kind of frustrating to not know who to shoot. Combine that with people lying in response to challenges and then shooting you (only one incident but it was lame) and it basically turned into stay with a group and shoot everyone else. Seems like a roll of tape would have solved the problem. Great times tho, I will be back for the next one for sure.

Maybe we could do some kind of arm band (i know it may seem gay or paintballish) so that others may know when we are not enforcing camo requirements. Since camoflage does not seem like a big deal in CQC, maybe the arm band idea isn't so bad.

glowsticks might work as well, would help keep people from camping too much as well. slightly glowing doesn't effect a moving assaulter that much, they probably know hes coming. theres almost no concealment at SZ anyways (other then the dark which is negated with a $5 flashlight) just cover.

Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

we can get glow sticks cheap. I actually like the idea. It would last long enough to cover the day of play..

Glowsticks with a zip tie?? We should try it at our next game

Had a great time. It was good to get some CQ trigger time. The layout change was awesome. It really opened some areas up.

For team identification what about something that can go on a hat or helmet, like a helmet cover. The problem I've had in the past with armbands is that you may not always see the arm that it is tied on. You can be approaching down a hall and coming from someone's left side and their armband is on the right.
