That's good, Machine. I doubt I'll be able to make it.

Hey, just wanted to know if anyone had a problem with some guys on the OD team wearing US woodland pants and OD or black tops.

Far as I know it is okay because the list said 'Greeks: US Woodland top and bottom, preferably with a boonie' 'Turks: ANYTHING ELSE', so that's what some of my guys will be wearing unless Admin has a problem with that.

In my belief if you choose other you should stray away from woodland. The point of having different looks is to differentiate between the different teams. So wearing partial woodland seems to negate the purpose; especially if someone happens to only see a part of you and that part happens to be wearing woodland.
If you want to wear woodland, why not wear full woodland?

Then again, this isn't my op so I'm sure the admin could say otherwise... Just my opinion.

My team and I want to play for the Turks with APST, but some of my guys only have woodland BDUs, so that's what they'll wear.

If we start mix-and-matching woodland with other colors, it'll just create a bunch of confusion. For instance, there are some times where all you can see if the persons legs. Or their shirt. If they are woodland pants, odds are I'm going to light you up. Then you're going to get mad because it's friendly fire, call me an idiot because I couldn't see your top, and then I'll have to butt stroke you with my rifle.

So for your safety, please don't mix and match BDU patterns. :)

To make the teams fair, it may be near impossible to get everyone in the right type of uniforms. The best we can do is get everybody to squad up and keep communication rolling. I highly recommend having a radio so that you can call in targets and keep in touch with your team.

You can always give the people who wear half and half a couple dozen bright pink bandanas to tie around their head, elbows, knees, parts of their gun and various other places, right? I mean truely, if they are going to wear half and half then I hope they are prepared to be mistaken for the enemy team on a multitude of cases... Why not just dedicate fully to a single set? Even if it's not the most woodland blending look... at least you won't be mistaken for enemies.

I will allow for a mix. Keep it to a minimum. I will NOT ALLOW woodland tops. If you are going to mix, then you are only allowed woodland bottoms and a NON GREEN SHIRT. (tan / black / etc) If you get friendly fired on, DO NOT COMPLAIN.

Also, I will not allow any bullshit during this game. If you get hit, and I dont care how / why / you thought this was the rule, you thought that was the rule blah blah, you will miss the next round. No biching about the rules of the game.

PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS... You HAVE TO BE AT THE BRIEFING TO UNDERSTAND THE RULES. This is no ordinary skirm. There are strict rules of engagement and if you are found breaking them you will miss out on the next round. If you miss the briefing you will miss the first round. There will be no exeptions to this rule. One person can screw this all up so please play by the rules.

There will be only ONE AMERICAN is this game and his role is filled. This is not America vs bad guys. This is not T's vs counter T's etc.

These two nations DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER. Lets get into our roles and act that out on the battlefield. SHOW NO MERCY, I will have no babies telling me they got raked while hiding in the bunker. 400 fps CQB battles will be fought. NO PUSSIES allowed on the field. If you have an issue with getting hammered at 3ft by an upgraded AEG then dont go into the bunkers. Guess what? ALL MISSIONS REQUIRE BUNKER FIGHTING. There is something called reason as well. Use common sence.

If you cant or dont want to use communication, your team will lose. You need to communicate with your teamates. Bring a radio and if you have a spare bring it too. Charge all your batteries, bring ammo and food and water. I dont want people leaving after the second mission. If you show, plan on playing for three rounds.

This game does not care nor favor any side. All misions are written the same regardless of what side you are on.

Please bring your lasers if you have them.

I will be using the Fallen Eagle Medic system. I will need at least one medic per side, would prefer 2 per side. Bandaids will be in use. Medic rules will be explained at the OP briefing. Any volunteers for medics would be greatly appriciated.

Lets have fun, get killed alot, and kick a$$. Then after, drink, laugh and be merry... OPAH!
