What kind of tent? A dome can be moved around when assembled. An A-frame needs guy lines, stakes and tent poles.

There's no rule against this, but you shouldn't let it impede gameplay. If you're dead, you can't just slap on an orange death rag and decide to start wandering around. If everyone did this, it would detract from the game. And you use your camera at your own risk, if you're alive and taking pictures, anybody is fully within their rights to shoot at you... Because you're not part of a designated camera crew.

what about when you get hit....while your "dead" can you take pictures??

Not exactly wandering around.... but is it still not allowed?

EDIT: When you "die" can you sit down and take pictures and a video?

I don't know if this has come up yet, but the Splat Action waiver says it's good until 3/1/2007. Isn't the OP on 3/10/2007? Are they going to issue another waiver soon?
