Street clothing. And a handgun or fake blade at most.

If I wear a kevlar helmet and take a round in the head, do the same body armor rules apply?

Valentine, wear street clothing for the event.

The actors do have a free play time at SZ after the event, so Id suggest you bring your regular kit too in the car.

O_o I find that odd...

Srsly? It's the same stuff as body armor, isn't it? And I didn't mean anywhere in the head. I just meant in the helmet.

Helmets are for looks. They don't actually do anything.

IIRC:
PASGAT, MICH, ACH, etc are usually rated at level IIIa, pistol rounds.
Vest type body armor soldiers and SWAT wear is usually rated level IV, rifle rounds.

Besides, even if you DID get hit in the helmet with a pistol round and the helmet stopped it, you'd be so f*cking disoriented from it you would be out of action for a while.

Damn... That's more dissapointing than continually having people not be sure if they're going to this or not and dropping in and out of the stack.

It is a safety issue man. If you bang your head against a wall with the helmet, you can laugh it off. You bang your head on a sharp edge without a helmet, you get to have your head shaved and stitches.

Variable summed it up perfectly. If you were hit in the melon with a pistol round you'd be rung like a bell. So, you may not be dead in real life but you certainly are incapacitated. We will call it "dead/incapped" for the purposes of the event.

Body armor=Tactical Advantage
Helmet=Personal Safety Advantage.

As far as a roof entry goes, do any of the three stairwells work, or is there only one stairwell that has roof access?

Also, do we need to keep empty mags with us, or can we pick them up afterwards?

It said 15 for standard semi-auto, I have a full auto m9 style pistol, still only 15?

If you read the players packet, it says real cap. Know what the capacity on your gun REALLY is, and you should be OK.

But I'm not Seagreen, and I'm not an Admin.
