HISTORY:

At 4:30 am September 5th, 1972 eight Palestinian gunmen who are members of the "Black September" terrorist group, climb the chain link fence at the Olympic Village at Munich. Armed with AK 47 rifles and hand grenades they storm the Israeli olympic dormitory and take 11 Israeli athletes hostage.

They demand the release and safe passage to Egypt of 234 Palestinians and non-Arabs jailed in Israel, along with two German prisoners, Andreas Baader and Ulrike Meinhof, who were founders of the German Red Army Faction.

After more than half a day of intense negotiations, the terrorists demanded transportation to Cairo. The authorities feigned agreement, and at 10:10 p.m. a bus carried the terrorists and their hostages from 31 Connollystraße to two military helicopters, which transported them to nearby Fürstenfeldbruck airbase, where a Boeing 727 aircraft was waiting.

Believe me, Spokane Airsoft understands the distance restraints between our two communties. Just as APST and other AP members do as well.

We have both commuted to each others games in the past, and I would'nt put a OP up here unless it was worth the drive.

This OP will include actors, multiple buildings with more than one level, and even a real bus.

Spokane Airsoft is commited to trying to make this OP as historically accurate as possible, while still allowing for a real fun day of airsofting!

As for CQC 5, it really was just coincedence that it landed on the same day as BLACK SEPTEMBER.
