Happy Birthday Skirmish. Saturday Sept 23

Postby Braddock » Tue Sep 19, 2006 6:45 pm

Since its Kevin and my birthday this week, we decided to host a skirmish at the McMinnville feild this weekend.

Saturday Sept. 23.

Start time 9:00 AM

Directions:
Traveling down 99w from Portland drive into McMinnville. Make a right turn at NW Baker Crk RD (Lumbermans on the right hand side). Follow road out of town. There's one point where the road curves left and another road goes straight. Stay on the road going left. Stay on Baker Crk Rd till it becomes a gravel /dirt road. You'll see the Rainbow lodge on the right side. 2.7-2.9 miles from where the gravel start you'll find a small parking area. The field is on the left side.

Parking is limited so try to carpool if you can.
Please keep all guns in cases till your on the field. I'll set up a staging area where you can put your gear.

I dont know how to describe it - but if you pull your battery out, there should be a plate behind that, that seperates the gearbox, from the battery. you may also have to remove a couple screws from the body, to get at the gearbox (at the back, so that he shell flex's open a little)

Its quite likely that your wiring is soldered to your motor - i have to ask, how did your motor come disconnected?
A round got stuck on a pine needle that ended up inside my barrel and wouldn't come out. I pulled the mag and pulled the trigger a few times and then it made the "your motor isn't connected right" sound. I cleared the barrel out and just need to re-adjust the motor.

How long would the game be?
But I suggest, gentlemen, that the difficulty is not so much to escape death; the real difficulty is to escape doing wrong, which is far more fleet of foot.

I may be able to make that. Braddock, what gear do I need? Also, right now all I have is a HiCap is that OK?

I did make another commitment for Sat at the Strikezone, but I haven't heard what time to be there.

Hopefully I'll see you guys.

If you're going to go to war against a major enemy, go; knock the hell out of him fast, and go in there to kill him and get it over with.
