Hold on there sport.
First, please don't accuse me of ridiculing you or your team, because I have done none of that, nor do I think anyone here has. My post was trying to pass an informative thread on to you, as there have been a number of start up teams lately, and most have not succeeded in getting off the ground. Hence, why that thread was written by Variable, a respected member of this community.
Now, with that said, your posts today were great. Your team rules are an excellent start, as are your other guidelines and bylaws. Stick with them, don't let up, and all will work out. As dos_Santos mentioned above, come to the Op that is going on in mid-February, whether you have 2 guys or 20 guys. There is no requirement to be on a team to attend an Op. In fact, there are many operators that are not part of a team, and they do very well. In fact, that is a good way to either prove yourself to another team, or even recruit members who are looking for a team. As dos_Santos also mentioned, introduce yourself, as that goes a long way within this community. The last thing I would mention about being in this community is to have a thick skin. Don't take criticism to heart, as it eventually will be too much to bear. Instead, use it as constructive criticism, and find the inner meaning of what has been said and try to improve on things....as you have done by posting your rules. Free website hosting is a good way to go to form an identity of your team. There are logo designers that are free online too.
Anyways, all I am saying is, well, welcome to AP sir. Good luck to you and your team, and I hope to see you on the field sometime soon.
