Welcome to the world of business. Your "referees" should be there to call rule violations, which include cheating. ALL rule violations, otherwise they should be referred to as "safety employees" or "safety representatives," not "refs" or "referees," which are:

You are there to make sure that the customers are happy AND safe, not just . If you were free, then your referees could stand around all day sticking their thumbs in people's armpits for all I could care, but since you are a business, customer service is pretty god damn high on the list of shit to care about. When a customer brings up a point, you don't argue with them, you do the best you can to fix it. Again, free? Tell them to shove it. Paying customer, you better pay the shazaam attention and respond in kind.
You won't be getting any of my bleeding business based on your customer service in this thread, and I sure as hell will discourage anyone I can in the future.
