Or you could stop assuming things and ask the owners if they have insurance.
Whats all this back alley supposition ?
Yes, please check your "facts". Way too much drama going on here.
The "back alley supposition" is the personal feelings about one of the owners of the business that has opened in the old S4 location by those who know the former owners of S4 and have more info on the legal issues that took place then the public. No they wont be made public because of fear of lawsuits and lawyer fees. How ever they are OUR personal feelings. It is up to the individual to form theirs. But when asked if we would recommend doing business with this one business in general we will state our feelings on the manner.
I have been also told to check my facts, I did check Over a month ago to include have the waver in hand. If things have changed since then, awesome for them. But my statement still stands. I will not recommend anyone to go to a field that does not cover the patrons if injured. Understand there is a difference from insurance that covers property and building from assurance that covers the player.
It is up to the player or the player's guardian to ensue the field is insured or except the risk of injury on your own. You have the right to ask to see documentation and call around to find out. I would not simply take someones word on a matter when the repercussions could cost you thousands of dollars and years of litigation to recover that money.
According from an email from The Farm they have airsoft insurance and that kicks a$$. That helps eliminate the possible problem for a huge legal mess for the owner and anyone who may be injured.
