I really wish this event was a week later

sounds like this game will be more fun then the last couple games. Looks like they finelly understand to explain this is airsoft, not milsim. I hate playing with milsim players, they just need to relax. Dying in airsoft isn't the same as real life, that's what make's airsoft fun. 10 year old kids can be deadly too lol.

I am trying to expedite a job this week to be able to join. I just looked at the long range forecast on weather.com and it is predicting a high Friday of 29 and a low of 20..... burr.

Here is the link for South Fork prison camp weather station. They are about 5-7 miles west as crow flies.

I think I will need to bring my battery heated underwear to keep from turning into a "Innie"

FOR ALL THE CHILDREN.
Have an inspiring ROUSING SPEECH to risk your GPA. For getting good marks for your pay is one thing, BUT THE JOY OF CHILDRENS IS PRICELESS.
I'd tell you to be careful. It's not the Tank you need to fear.

Had a co-worker poach my day off out from under me, so I guess I am no longer going. However my toy will be coming with the poacher himself.
Sorry Santa T_T

Looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
For any extra tidbits of details check the FB event page, it is public :)

As for it being right before finals, we run into this basically every year. We have to think about giving time to get the toys donated, which is why it happens in early December.

I've got King Arms bio .28s left over and a brand new bag G&G Bio .25s - so I should be set for ammo yeah? I know some fields previously required new unopened bags and specific brands and the like, so I just wanted to check.

Is the R&R Waver available online somewhere so I can have it printed and good to go?

I've never been to R&R - if we have a genuine snow, how bad is the route? Would my big-ass '91 Oldsmobile get there still?

With snow you're fine. The highway is always clear and its a half mile from highway to parking at the field on a well traveled gravel road.
As long as the ammo is bio, you're good to go.
