Too bad I don't know any of you guys to borrow a gun... and some BDUs lol. I am working on picking up an ICS M4 in early may, but I can't do anything until then :(

I am interested in being on Alpha, Dantes, I sent you a PM about this, but don't know if you got it, I am not sure if I have to work or not, but want to get put on the team now, and I will let you know if I am able to make it or not.

I have a quick question.

Dantes just posted that you need to sign a splat action waiver for this event even if you did one for G18, but Braddock made a post that said both are kept on file and if you attended G18 then you don't need new waivers.

I went to G18 so do i need another waiver to be signed?

No you don't need the AP waiver but you need the splat action one.

When you show up there, they will have waivers for you, usually, and if you still need to sign it, just sign it there.

There will be Splat Action waivers on the site that you can sign IF you're over 18, but I appreciate those who can bring it already printed out.. Saves us (and you) time!

Another note: if anybody has a CHRONOGRAPH please PM me, I'd appreciate it if we had extras on loan in case we need them. Let me know, thanks!

Are you in need of chronograph specific devices, or are objects such as watches with a chronograph function accurate to a hundredth of a second adequate?

EDIT: So all too late, my apologies, I was thinking just standard time chronograph, not velocity measuring. Thanks for the clarification.

He is talking about a chronograph that you can shoot BB's over to measure the velocity of a bb in feet per second or joules.

You can't measure velocity in joules... that is force, impact force for airsoft.

Yes it can, it requires a specific weight to be programed into it prior. Our model didn't have the "FPS" button, so we were required to print out a conversion table of Joules to FPS.

Any ways, back on topic.

You can convert the measurement of energy recorded in Joules to figure out the relative fps USING MATH! :learn: (Your teachers were right, it IS applicable in the real world, IN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE FIELD!)
