IS there ANY way we can show up July 12th to set up camp and have a extra night to stay? Due to gates open at 8am and game starts at 10am that means we have to set up camp, register, chrono, and set up tables in only 2 hours IF we get there on time. Not sure if the land owners have something going on that Friday or if the game host is busy. Just like the weekend to go smoothly and not feel rushed in the morning and making ourselves tired before game even begins. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated .

We are not allowed to have two nights of camping. The exceptions to this rule was given to the 1,000+ player supergame PB games held twice a year there due to logistics of those events. They honestly didn't want any other campouts all year but I was successful in getting them to allow us at least this year to have a few games that had overnight camping so we can do two day events.

So long as you are on time Cyclops we shouldn't have an issue.
When in doubt, empty the mag.

I'll be going only to try n sell my pride and joy. Airsoft is no longer for me, 5.56 and 40. Ammo is so spendy now I never airsoft anymore.

I've got a fully modded CA m249 I'm looking to sell. People are sceptical about the discription online an I never get any offers. Hopfully when you hold it you will see how speacial this gun truly is. (people you must understand I'm not selling it cheap and here is why) Not a single internal piece went untouched. Only ever had the gearbox opened by the shogun (AONW gun tech) he has taken all my money (about $1,200) and turned that m249 into a 1 of a kind SAW. Ceramic bearings, hightorque motor and gears. New piston, m120 spring, 6.03 tightbore with advanced hop up bucking and nub. Iv replaced the outer barrel with a standerd 14mm reversthred for mock suppresor or cool flashhider. Bought the CA 2500 round smalltype boxmag in woodland camo. Bought the rail intigrated feedcover for mounting opptics and removed original bipod to make room for custom lower frontend rail, allowing you to add a forgrip and bipod of your choice. Rear iron sight remover for gopro quick attach mount. Bought 5.56 10 round dummy belt for added coolness. I have the original feed tray cover and original iron sights. I even have a extra gun body/frame from an echo1 m249 that goes with it. Complete with grip and trigger assembly. Original outer barrel is included, extra echo1 heatsheild and Original bipod all in one complete set.
ONLY ASKING FOR $600 or BEST OFFER. NO TRADES. I know it seems like alot but once you see it, hold it and shoot it you will see you cannot get a better deal ANYWEAR! If you want a sick fully operational, fully modded m249 and you try an build this ud spend near $1,000 Pm me if you want to make offer befor this game. I plan on selling it here sens I never get offers online, HOWEVER I will not hesitate to sell it if some one offers to pay full price.

I have little experience with tactical scenarios, Jester, but I participated in the pistol competition last year. Will n00bs be allowed to try out? And is there an additional cost?

There is no additional cost for any SPECDET events at Summer Slaughter that are not laid out in the first post. Anyone will be able to participate. It will be run between the big games, and when it's the hottest in the day. That way we don't have to worry about heat injuries as much.

Exactly. While it is nice for people to say they are coming so we can let our sponsors know how many people they can expose their products to, we don't really need to keep track as people are free to come and go as they please.

You really don't need to have a full setup to play at SS. Last year I wore a poncho and that was it. SS is actually a perfect time to figure out what you do need over want kit wise since the games are pretty relaxed. As long as you have approved eye pro, good boots (no tennies) and a hydration source (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HAVE A HYDRATION SOURCE), you'll do fine.
