I dont understand how stating an opinion suddenly devolves into fighting...I guess thats just how Ryan defines it.

If the restrictions are an issue. Don't go. The game is attempting to step into the milsim-esque category. It's not for everyone. There are games every month that allow you to wear just about anything and use anything, such as Harper's Hell this weekend.

If you don't have the shit/motivation to do the game, then either get it or don't go. You're asking the host to change the game and ruin it for others just to suit you and your play style. That's lame.

This isn't directed at anyone particular, just everyone in general who always bitches when games start to have restrictions to make it more "realistic" and immersible for players who are actually into that and not just about pulling triggers and counting kills.

Yea im really hoping as well. If we can get enough people the game will be great. The only thing i will possibly change is the gear restriction for the ORFF from black only to any color. However this does not mean i want everyone showing up to play for the ORFF in their contractor loadout that's not what this is about. Either way i'd love to see plenty of people out for this game but yes as stated by mcnair the entire purpose of this game is to give the community some mil-sim at a reasonable price. Keep the majority of the spray n pray kids off the field and have a fun game

Add myself and Swede. We will be bringing the APC as discussed.

Put us where you want. We have multicam and woodies. I think you said m81 at one point.

We may have a 3rd in Maginus, but not sure yet if he's wanting/able to go.

Alright well roster and original post have been updated. Stubby, i originally had cloudy filling the position of bomb tech however seeing as you might want to play with some of your stuff as well i'll let you have that position and cloudy can assist you. I will be bringing a box of stuff for you to make "explosives" out of.

Count Payback and i in! We'll be locked and loaded, ready to roll. The APC will haul up to 4 troop's in the back if you want to use us for some transport missions.

Yep the apc will come in handy. Will be used most likely for keeping the roads clear of enemy forces. But either way this game will be a good one if we get te people.

Well now it's up to the rest of the community. Remind your friends. Make sure to tell people. I'm off to pick up some electrical doodads for Sir Stubby to construct "mock" explosives with.

Why did you put a picture of what looks like middle eastern terrorists as an example after you say "picture your average Portlander." My honest opinion if you wanna make this more realistic, allow the terrorist team to wear hunting camo and maybe woodland, because that's what your average Oregonian is going to wear into the woods in this situation and this game already seems pretty unfair for the terrorist role (not that I'm not up for a challenge)
