Easy to slip on a fin. Any one els ever try these? If not , for $30 try them out

The only downside that I had to wearing them, was that there was a lot of coral around where we were so they would get cut up quite easily. They weren't the best for traction either. However the pros outweighed the cons so I wore them.

Other than diving, surface swims and short duration missions we havent used them much. I dont think I would use them for any type of long overland infils though

Now, tactically, depending on your method of "insert/extract" you may want to look at the boot options chucks, palladiums, Isrealies(sp) or, suprisingly enough, the old combat boot with a dive wool sock. This made perfect for a 2k plus fin into a patrol... Funny part is, usually TL's would make for a stop to transition into "dry boots" for a long patrol.
Lastly, EVERY chuck, palladium, etc... Canvas type boot would tear out at the heel within the second fin due to the strap tearing into the single layer canvas. Nothing shoe goo would fix either.
