I'm going to start a thread where if you have ever been ripped off or scammed by him you may post a detailed complaint and then we as a community will determine what to do from there. When he first contacted me about this i was confused but now reading these posts it is apparent that he is at fault and needs to try and right these wrongs. Please no hate messages in this new thread as it will only hamper us in our endeavor to fix things. Obviously people like this should be banned from selling ever again but that does not mean we have to completely crucify him if he is willing to beg for forgiveness.

I know this might back fire.

The damage is done he'll never be able to sell or trade here ever again. What he did is wrong, a simple sorry is not going to help him. He should of know of the outcome of his actions would come around, and bite him in the A$$.

So why are you guys relaying these messages for him? If he wants to fix these "problems", he should do it himself instead of having people talk about it for him.

Probably because all these people are mad at him for doing what he did, thus anything directly from him may just excite everyone's anger further.

I think the only 3 things that will actually help are;
1. Pay all who he did wrong back however much money he cost them.
2. Move to the other side of the country.
3. Both.

Simply saying sorry rarely helps in situations like these.

Sounds like he's not too bright either. You can't just change your name and then sell the same crap. People recognize those sale items. The best thing you can do is just publicly out him wherever possible and whenever you see him re-surface, don't try and stick up for him, tool heads never change. When he's been banned and re-banned and alienated from every Airsoft community in the united states, then he'll probably call up somebody and start crying. Then we reply, "Tough shit, eat a tool."

He has no real affiliation with our team, we never met him or skirmed with him. He sent a request to join the team a while back, but that was all.

if colebart wants to prevent more damage to himself he should probably return the M249 and other things he's scammed. stay away from airsoft for a while until he's competent enough to be responsible for his own actions. or don't bother coming back at all.

So he said he sold a stolen item. Why not contact the police at that point?

What's up Tommy!? Haven't seen you on here for a while! You know, we've still got a pair of pants of your that you might want back. (Doesn't do us much good to keep them as it has your last name stitched on the ass-pocket! )

I think the whole idea of Colebart trying to kiss and make up is just plain stupid... He knew damn well what he was doing, and decided to just keep doing it. He has no right to ever be welcomed back into this community under any circumstances, and should be reported to the police. A term I know by heart is "Once a bastard, always a bastard" and this kid fits the description perfectly. Even if he manages to redeem himself and come back, he's bound to always be discriminated against and generally not liked, which won't make it any fun for us to play with him.

Ihave also traded with him. He didn't tell me anything was wrong with the guns and it turns out there where multiple things wrong with them. The guns I traded him where flawless, and if there was I told him about it.

Gimme them pants, Ice-Ho! I've still got a bullwhip and a pair of socks you left here in the rush last time.

Moving on:

I just got back from Cole's/Chief's. He gave me a CA UMP with 2 High Caps and 1 battery. It needs to be wired to deans, so Barrett... come at me.
This officially ends my monetary struggles with him, so I can't say anything about him owing me. I'm done with him at this point, but I suggest those who are actually involved in this to talk to him. He did come to a reasonable solution with me in the end.

Best of luck to you all.

That sounds a bit like something I left at somebody else's house too... Don't tell anybody about what we did, ok? ;)

Actually, you've got a propane adaptor of mine, so the next game we meet up at lets trade!

Green one? Or tan one?
I've got like 3...

BACK ON TOPIC.

More trouble than it is worth, dealing with Chief E7. I would just reconcile with him in person.

he doesn't deserve another thread. Also, i could swear that when i first read his profile it said he was in his 50's. I even mentioned it in text to my cousin when i was talking with chief e7 on a trade. And i was surprised that the normal ex-military guys didn't catch him calling himself an e7 without any proof, or being called out on it.
