Not to toot Rick's horn or anything, but after having the opportunity to pull apart one of the AIM/TOP M4's, I can say for $100, that's the best airsoft value around right now, if you don't mind a "sportline" gun. The outside is a plastic polymer, and pretty tough, feels pretty good, and the internals are, while not top notch, quite good, including a metal tooth piston, steel barrel, and steel gears. I will possibly be putting together an official review of the gun soon.
