I see nothing about that rifle that says he isn't a SEAL, while everything else from head to toe... Screams SEAL.

Suppressor, never seen that model issued to NSW. If he were embedded with DEVGRU as Welshy claims, he would probably get the same kit the host unit got, so it makes sense that he would be wearing that kit. In either case, it's the same exact stuff that DEVGRU wears.

So.... You're telling me because you and the gearqueers at gearsoc, " haven't seen" that suppressor used by SEALs.. It's not a SEAL? Or is it because of the "cute kitty pad" on his buttstock?

From what i remember there was an NZSAS contingent that was around the area and operating with the SEALs , so the guy in the photo could have borrowed the L119A1 carbine from one of them.

Yeah many NATO units where involved in the fighting.

On the borrowing weapons thing , a buddy of mine went on a combined British/US patrol and they swapped weapons for the patrol , my buddy carried an L85A2.

Not belittling, young sir. Just poking fun at the British...if that guy is indeed, a Brit.

Good to see a close-up of the LBT set-ups.

Going to do one up as a 1961 and a 6094 in AOR1 Cordura...now if I could only find the time to do so...

She's not going to let me do it when we go to Maui....so don't know when..

Actually, I like the older version LBT0292D better for the chest rigs...probably make one of those. I use the MK46..son uses MK18 or EBR.
