Ok seriously people sign up for the forums we need to communicate! the event will be 10x more awesome that it already will be if you sign up in the forums and talk to your team, i promise you!

pretty much what I have been saying. I've given up. Got props and field setting up to do and other things to worry about. Just means I will have to allow more time onsite to let the teams get organized.

no (same amount of playtime) just means that we get to waste time setting things up onsite which then screws the schedule up and makes those that are prepared wait longer.
