You must not sweat much. Having any sort of solid lens, regardless of the amount of airflow (unless you have a little fan blowing on them like some paintballers) is eventually going to fog. Not really. You will have airflow still going around the glasses and that will help prevent them fogging.
Another option would be to get one of these and rig it to work with those mesh's.

I still apply anti-fog to my glasses because they can still fog being that close to the eye, but otherwise, I have no issues and I like the mesh.
