Tacticool Nalgene Bottles

Postby Darius137 » Thu May 12, 2011 3:10 am

Does anyone know if they've made a Nalgene bottle with matching "canteen cup" underneath it yet?

In Alaska, we frequently switched out one (or both) of our canteens for Nalgene bottles because of the tendency for canteens to freeze and crack. The only issue is the lack of a canteen cup (which are great for shaving and hot drank).

I figure by now with all the tactical crap coming out someone would have one somewhere for sale. Probably overpriced and only working with their signature nalgene bottle, but I want one.

Anybody ever seen one?

There was a limited edition canteen made for the USMC Mountain Warfare school that had a Nalgene style top but a canteen bottom as well.

Blackhawk S.T.R.I.K.E. Nalgene pouch.

4.75" x 8.5" x 2.5".

It looks like the Guyot is 10"x4"

I actually misread kabars post and thought he was just recommending the GSI cup not the bottle as well.

Shouldnt this work: http://www.amazon.com/GSI-Outdoors-Glac ... 96&sr=8-10

If I understand correctly. Works with 1qt Nalgenes. Does not come with the Nalgene, btw.

Or this one, which is 4-5 times as much, but is Titanium. I'm told its durable enough to actually cook with.
