Does it matter what type of bottlecaps you have? Like do you need those metal ones from glass bottles or are the normal plastic ones acceptable as well?

find? you do not find fallout costumes, you make fallout costumes.

Ingredients:
Sweat
Blood
Tears
Bad a$$
Fear
Rage

Combine equal parts of all ingredients until frustration sets it. Then throw a tantrum mostly destroying the costume you spent hours making. Walk away. Come back and realize that it looks better this way. Repeat to achieve the number of layers desired.

alright well if you know any good leather workers let me know, otherwise im gonna FIND one. :)
