Postby Kenneth » Tue Feb 22, 2011 4:39 pm

i am looking into buying the martix/snow wolf M9 but im not sure if it performs well or not and its durability. I getting it off evike.com for $110. Here is the link if you want to look at it. http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info ... s_id=33350
Does any one have this pistol and if so how is it and is it a good buy?

Save 40-50$ more and get the KWA M9 PTP, best M9 on the market. Extremely durable and performs very well

I had a Snow Wolf for a bit, I liked it. It kept a seal well except in cold weather, then it was a pain, but you're not really gonna be using it often.

Don't get an M9, the triggers always end up having problems. If you are sold on "that look" then be prepared for a trigger that needs to be manually pushed back forward, eliminating any prayer for some form of rapid fire.

I think you just have bad luck! I can tell you that the KWA is going to be much nicer than the snow wolf... Sometimes in airsoft you get what you pay for, and $110 isn't that much for a new GBB pistol. So if you want to save a few bucks and go with the snow wolf then sure, but if you have the extra money the KWA will be so much better.

Weather you like it or not, the way I see things on airsoft, you must be prepared on how you can fix issues on your gun replicas. It doesn't matter if you purchased a $100 or a $1000 gun replica (AEG or EBB or GBB), you must have the right knowledge and preparedness to repair that sucker. Just buy the gun that you like! Keep performance in mind and the fashion show second.

Or spend $5 less and get a KJW.

And switchback, trigger springs breaking are an easy fix.
